We compile suitable maps from existing cadastral data (also known as Surveyor-General diagrams) for many different applications. Typical applications are:
- To create the correct maps for governmental application issues such as application for subdivision of (agricultural) land or Environmental Impact Assessment Report maps. Including exactly the correct type of maps in these applications have been proven over and over to drastically reduce the time it takes to get the required approval, as well as to have a positive influence on the outcome.
- To show the correct (farm or portion) boundaries on an aerial photograph.
- Finding the Surveyor-General diagram linked to a specific Title Deed.
For many of these applications of land surveyor (cadastral) data, the services (and high fees) of a professional land surveyor is not necessarily required, a qualified cartographer can assist you with this at a much lower fee, but with much better cartographic results.
